The Swiss Innovation Promotion Agency KTI/CTI has launched an initiative that should tap into the underutilised resource of potential female entrepreneurs. The so-called 'Diversity@CTI' initiative should foster diversity by increasing the number of female mentors, female experts and female coaches among its staff. Furthermore, the CTI intends to introduce networking and mentoring programmes that are specifically designed for female entrepreneurs.
